If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you may return it within&nbsp;<strong>30 days<\/strong>&nbsp;of the delivery date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Return Conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Items must be\u00a0<strong>unused, unwashed, and in original condition<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All original tags, packaging (including dust bags, boxes), and accessories must be intact.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items must be free from odors, pet hair, stains, or signs of wear.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Non-returnable items:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Items marked as \u201cFinal Sale\u201d or \u201cClearance\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gift cards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personalized or custom-made bags (unless defective).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Exchanges<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you need a different size, color, or model, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order separately. Include the packing slip or order confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 3:<\/strong>&nbsp;Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 4:<\/strong>&nbsp;Ship the package using a trackable shipping method.
